We are happy to announce that the Danish electro rock band Carpark North, with hits like “Human” and “Transparent and Glasslike”, has received the honor to create the musical signature for the 2018 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship.
“When we were asked, we were never in doubt about whether or not we should accept. It is a great honour to be able to deliver the theme song to the biggest sports event on Danish soil ever, and we can hardly wait for January to come around when we will present the song. Ice hockey is a tremendous crowd sport with lots of action on the ice and terrific fans in the arenas” says the lead singer Lau Hojen.
